PURPOSE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN

1. Project procural Needs and Cost

The project requires re abject, moving and re-inst exclusivelying all furniture and IT/telecommunications related equipment. The purchase of new IT floor and telecommunications is not conveyed and considered out-of-scope for this project.

The moving company will ca-ca all materials necessary to physically move all equipment:
- underlying terms of moving office furniture and I.T. / telecomm equipment
-Basic cost of rental of trailers or trucks.
-Cost of damages to furniture and/or I.T./telecomm equipment
-Cost of packing and/or unpacking of furniture and I.T. / telecomm equipment.

ABC securities firm Inc has the following procurance need already purchased:
-Cost of supererogatory insurance in case of natural disaster.

All be for Consulting Expert Inc are for labour and service. As such, from consulting Expert Incs perspective, the only procurement cost applicable is
-Cost of desktop up I.T. / Telecomm equipment
2. Timing for Procurement Needs:

For Consulting Experts Inc, the procurement need for setting up the I.T. / Telecomm equipment would be required from February 1, 2012 until March 16, 2012.

Procurement Gathering Requirements:

This procurement need will be met by having the knowledgeable I.T. specialists on hand to set up the equipment as well conduct tests to ensure setups are successful.
4. Available Sources:

For this procurement need, the following resources will be implicated:
- I.T. Specialists to do the existing setups and testing
-QA Manager to create, assign, monitor and report on testing ascend and testing results
-Risk Manager to oversee and manage all risks associated with the equipment setup.

5. Contract Requirements:
