First I must honestly say that college is a very new and sometimes a very intimidate experience for me. Ive spent a lot of my wager ten years after graduating high school in the year 2000, just working various jobs to support my family. As long as I had a decent income and my bills were remunerative everything was fine. I guess all I ever had to or even cared to learn was the job at the time, with the exception of universe a father. Recently Ive been laid off from my well-nigh recent job that happened to make me miserable, and took it as the perfect probability to go out and draw and quarter an education for a mend future!
I apologize for digressing off subject a bit, but basically I had no idea what to hold back when I went back to school. Im certainly tactile property challenged and sometimes uncertain if I can be a successful student at ITT-TECH, though I rattling do want to and will try best to do so. Maybe as a global example learner itll all come to me at some point, not that I feel like Im not qualification progress, because I feel confident in my teachers and myself in acquiring a great education.
After taking my learning assessment it helped me realize what kind of learner I am, and I live that reckoning how I learn will help me countersink myself and be an effective learner.



I am primarily a visual, global, and reflective type learner which I tend to equip with, but Ive always learned how to do something by repetition, mainly job related. Sometimes it takes a while for me to guess something until I get the whole idea, and by visualizing what Im learning I can understand the subject better. When it comes to acquire my education, understanding that Im a global type learner can help me by not acquiring too discouraged when I do not understand something right away. Just recognize the value of hard work and persistence, and Ill know that I will get it presently enough.
