construction description This is a case-by-case storey construct with the basement being used for carpark. The building is located somewhere in Brisbane and the floor plan and pick section are shown in Figure 1. For those without marked length, disport scale to the marked length. The North art object of the building is the government agency area. Except for the toilets this area is expression conditioned. Each toilet will have an individual toilet exhaust system. The south part is a general warehouse which is an unconditioned space. The building is essentially of masonary construction with windows in the North and West elevations. Windows are private glazed with solar grey reflectivity. Windows are also aluminium mullions and have internal vertical blinds. No external shading over windows is assumed for this assignment. The area to be station conditioned is generally occupied between 8 am and 5 pm, 5 days per week.
The conference room is occupied intermittently, although on occasion, may be used for all day conferences or training session. The lunch room is normally occupied just now during the lunch break period. Control tolerances for the indoor temperature are ±1°C. No specific control of relative humidity is provided.
