VALUES Having set and ethics is central to any organization; wrong acts can bring any organization failure. Values means to restrict yourself or your work to true standards. Values and ethics is a broad term because various cultures have different values and ethics. What whizz culture believes is correct; another culture believes it is wrong. Ethics be determined by the culture of what is right and wrong. This also includes the different cultures that be within the organization. A lot of the times our observation of society will help us choose which values and ethics we hold dear. We grow up believing in certain ideals then changing as we get older. Like for myself I grew up in a culture that was very poverty stricken. This make me see concepts and ideas from a certain point of view. Then when I got older and joined the military my own ideas changed with my discipline. To Americans it is natural to postulate cover when bullets are being fired but to Iraqi soldiers to break or to hide are considered an act of cowardice. Our values and beliefs are our guiding principal, the reason why we do what we do and the choices that we make. In taken the EAI to discover where my value lies, I was rated as obligation.

Which I totally disagree with until I read the findings. My good perspective is for individuals to do want is morally right, in judging a persons ethics I focus on the intent tail the action. What they might have been thinking or feeling at the time. My honest style is everyone deserves respect and freedom of individual choices. No matter how game or low you are in life everyone deserves consideration. The choices spate make have to be genuine because they are more tolerant to do something they dont like. My frustration in dealing with ethical dilemmas are I believe the best choice may not be beneficial, the cost-benefit analyzer is inappropriate in fashioning ethical decisions, and...
