In 1983 Don Omario decided to understand Travellers as a limited company naming his children as shareholders.

After Mr Espat decided to give up the distillery in 1989, Travellers bought over his share of that company, gaining for the first time full adjudge over all aspects of its production. Since then, the distillery has been upgraded to enhance the quality of the liven manufactured, and the aging and bottling plant infrastructure upgraded to meet strict export standards.
